Dinners/Chefs/Sample Menu

One of the things our brethren look forward to are the terrific meals served at the lodge.  We vie with a few other lodges in the state as having the finest chefs of any lodge.  Typical cost is $14, though this will vary with the meal.  Some cost less.  A few annual celebrations may have a higher fee.  --Any meal will cost less than it would in a restaurant.

Candidates and invited guests eat for free.

We often serve seasonal fare, grilling steaks in the summer or before any Third Degree ceremony.  You might be lucky to enjoy corned beef and cabbage, and other Irish fare for the March meeting closest to St. Patrick’s Day.  We'll serve turkey and all the trimmings in November, and perhaps torsk as part of a Norwegian dinner in December.  Various Italian dinners, baked chicken, BBQ ribs, or soup & salad have been on the menu during the past year.  Call the secretary to find out what is on the docket for the evening of your visit.

Special meal requests will be honored, upon reasonable prior notice.  24 to 48 hours should be sufficient.
