Description:

If you are taking or observing the Scottish Rite Degrees this cycle, join us at Franklin and Dupont Avenues So. for the 30th Degree this evening as you near the end of your degree cycle. This is a beautiful ceremony, interesting and somewhat longer, so it stands alone this week. The degree begins at 6PM (a half hour earlier than normal), with dinner available by 4:30PM.

30th Degree: Knight Kadosh or Knight of the White and Black Eagle - Duties: Labor unceasingly for the good of mankind. Lessons: Arm yourself with faith in God, love toward your fellow men and knowledge. Great examples are the noblest legacies from the past; they enrich a nation more than wealth or power.

The office number is (612) 871-1500.

Read about the Scottish Rite here. It's often called "the college of Masonry" for its deeper dive into the Masonic principles first introduced in the first three degrees of Freemasonry. Scottish Rite degrees allow time for group discussion on how our ideals have impacted many good and great men in history, weaving our impact into the Enlightenment and Western Civilization itself. Come join the conversation!
