This is a big one... The Scottish Rite's 27th Degree is mighty impressive, but we can't spill the beans until you experience it. Those taking the degree will be delighted. We invite all Scottish Rite brothers to attend and observe. Join us at Franklin and Dupont Avenues So. for the 27th Degree ceremony in full regalia. Dinner served at 5:00PM.
27th Degree: Knight Commander of the Temple - Duties: Be devoted to truth, honor, loyalty, justice and humanity. Lessons: Masonry is practical and requires its members to be actively involved in life. Virtue and duty have been the same in all times.
Read about the Scottish Rite here. It's often called "the college of Masonry" for its deeper dive into the Masonic principles first introduced in the first three degrees of Freemasonry. Scottish Rite degrees allow time for group discussion on how our ideals have impacted many good and great men in history, weaving our impact into the Enlightenment and Western Civilization itself. Come join the conversation!
