Description:

If you are taking or observing the Scottish Rite Degrees this cycle, join us at Franklin and Dupont Avenues So., for the 31st Degree ceremony, performed in full regalia. Dinner starts at 5PM, with the degree beginning at 6PM (a half hour earlier than normal).

31˚ Inspector Inquisitor - Duties: Judge yourself in the same light as you judge others — consider both actions and motives. Lessons: The good man is able to portray himself and his actions positively and not simply assert the absence of wrong in his life. Justice and mercy are two composites which unite in the great harmony of equity. To aim at the best but be content with the best possible is true wisdom.

Read about the Scottish Rite here. It's often called "the college of Masonry" for its deeper dive into the Masonic principles first introduced in the first three degrees of Freemasonry. Scottish Rite degrees allow time for group discussion on how our ideals have impacted many good and great men in history, weaving our impact into the Enlightenment and Western Civilization itself. Come join the conversation!
